Anderson “The Spider” Silva recently separated from the UFC after losing to Uriah Hall a few weeks ago. Once the bout was many assumed that the 45 year old Silva would retire but the legend seems to have other plans. the free agent Hall of Fame fighter appears to be reconsidering retirement and is looking to fight again. Where could he land? Well Bellator, One, PFL, and Combate Americas have all publicly stated they will pass on signing him. KSW CEO Martin Lewandowski however, seems to be interested:
KSW is the biggest promotion in Poland and has put on incredible and exciting fight cards with some of the best pre-fight hype videos seen anywhere. They have also sold out 50K seat arenas for major cards and could be a player in the Silva market.
Another company I wouldn’t rule out is RIZIN out of Japan. They love their legends there and have been willing to spend for big name fighters. Plus they also do not have pesky USADA regulators hitting you with drug tests. Anderson could load up on the good vitamins and look like his former self.
